This has been a rewrite of history by those that don't like happy endings.

De facto he has a target painted on his back (and we know that Whateley's security is … not perfect. If I remember correctly the cabal has even indicated that the G1Y2 would show it quite well.) Also, contrary to 95% of Poe's residents, he is out in the open. I don't see him being able to hide his mutation. So yeah, even if girls are attracted to him because he is cute, I expect him to be harassed, a lot.

A - Never apologize for expressing an opinion. In this case, you are reminding ALL of us that Poesies supporting each other IS the way it's supposed to be - outside. And on the inside as well - if someone gets hyper-depressed because of teasing, whether it's inside or outside, they need support. Teasing in Poe? Sure - but there has to be a line where Mrs. H says "Enough!"

B - How much will Danny get teased? Not sure. But certainly not to the point of breaking him down or causing serious depression. I already have some revelations planned that will be quite surprising and will put a lot of things in perspective. And no, just because I talk about Danny being a chew-toy doesn't mean he will TOTALLY be a chew toy.

He's not on a "hero's journey" like Kayda is. That should tell you a lot.
