    Yes, it might not be actual precog, but if it is true, what does that mean about the MGC? That its activation might be time-activated? That Amelie's activation is due to some event that happens in Summer 2007?

    Amelie's powerset hasn't been predicted though?

    There haven't been many (any?) studies of mutants mid-activation... I wonder what they'd discover... Meh...

    • There's precedent for a precog knowing ahead of time that a mutant would manifest. Mrs. Potter left messages for Merry way before Chad manifested, among other things. It's a glimpse of the future, seeing that someone's MCG will activate in a particular way is no different than foreseeing that a particular player will get injured in a certain way at the Superbowl.
