  • The Banshee and Lefiya are the cutest couple of possibly repressed lesbian elves ever. It really feels obvious to me Lefiya has a bit of a crush on Ms. Banshee as well, but the Banshee has a SUPER huge crush on Lefiya.

I say repressed because I'm not sure either one quite realizes what their feelings actually mean, though I'm sure Lefiya has some clue considering her crush on Ais as well. Honestly, they are by far the cutest and most adorable couple in either series. If they'd just open up and admit it to each other, that is...

It's a pair of concurrent anime series focused on Bell Cranel and the goddess Hestia in one, and the Loki family (specifically Lefiya and Ais Wallenstein). The title is a bit of a joke and a reference to that exact thing.

  • Not so much of a Damsel In Distress in these two, though. :-p

Seriously, thank you for your time and effort. It is appreciated.

  • Yeah, but they're no damsel. So the trope's not played straight.

Seriously, thank you for your time and effort. It is appreciated.

There are actually three manga series, and a Four Koma manga, as well as the two Anime series.

But they are all based on a series of Light Novels that are up to eight volumes.

Both Anime cover the time period between one and Three? certainly no more than that. Main manga is actually trailing behind the first Anime.

It's not nearly as sexist as the title sounds. The main, and very Innocent' proponent was told by his Grandfather, who is clearly a perverted old geizer, that the best way to pick up girls is to be a dungeon hero. Or something like that.

And then proceeds to be a classic example of the Anime Oblivious Harem Magnet.

But he's pretty cool, and the episode 8 fight is the single most badass scene I have seen in an anime.

His Grandfather wasn't A perverted old geizer. He was the perverted old geezer.

  • Indeed, tis true NJM.

The show is hilarious, with great mix of comedy, romance, emotion, and fight scenes that are very well done. It's a nice romp of a fantasy adventure type story.

  • nothing left of WoW to be nostalgic about. they've officially sucked all the life out of it and turned it into something that can be machine duplicated forever.

I was watching this on Hulu for a while, but there weren't many episodes... I'll have to check netflix to see if it goes further.
