Question Image hosting

    • Well, it seems that PhotoBucket decided to become, as The Register aptly put it, "photo-f**k-it". So many people are going to start looking for a new place to host their images. Myself, I was growing annoyed with PhotoBucket for a while -- too many ads, site slow as molassess... -- so I'm not really surprised.
    Anyway, suggestions?
    Some features that would be desirable:
    - Albums.
    - Ability to "jump" from a linked photo to the whole album it's part of, an from there to other offerings by the same author (I'm using Google Photos for the time being, but this seems to be something Google Photos does not offer, so I'm looking elsewhere)
    - Ability to download the entire album (something I liked about PhotoBucket, but apparently stopped working a while ago -- although it SAYS it's going to send you a link, it never does...)
    - Ability to host non-JPG formats *keeping their features*, such as transparent GIF/PNGs, animated GIFs, and vector formats such as SVG (although I don't really have high hopes for this last one...)
    - Hosting pics linked from other sites, such as forums

    Checked out that site yesterday myself, you can upload images but can't sort them using albums at all. Using Flickr myself since I have a Yahoo account, not sure it has all the options you say would be good Sir Lee, but can sort by albums. Plus even the free account has 1 Terabyte of storage.
    Thank You for story comments appreciated and help me know me they are being read and liked. :-) Note: My story comments can't nor are trying to replace reading the stories, simply my way of enjoying them and letting the authors know I enjoy them.
