As you can see, the forums has a feature to minimize their use for spammers, by putting a cap on how many links can be in any given post. What I've generally recommended for people who want to create reading lists is to create a list using the article / story creation system just like you're writing a fanfic/WhatIF... and then when its ready to publish, let me know and I'll change it from being a story by moving it from the story categories over to a site document... and then it will be available in the list of recommended reading lists with the ones that already exist. I will put ANY reading list that someone creates in that collection of them. I simply don't have the time to commit to generating a bunch of them myself. And obviously, the better organized and laid out those documents are, the better people will find using them... but I'll let people judge that on their own by whether they use them.
