Question Assistance needed for Gen 2

I once had a list of blue female characters from movies, comics (animated, DC, Marvel, etc), and anime. Can't find it, and I need to get such a list.

So I need help if y'all could help me reassemble this list. Yes, it has to do with Laura in Gen 2.

Various Sesame Street characters like Cookie Monster and Grover were blue.

Another interesting thing, blue is actually a very rare colour in nature (plants, rocks, animals etc) and most blues are not chemical blues (natural dyes) they are physics blues (make up of the feather or wing splitting light and reflecting back only the blue frequency). I’m sure some chemist gadgeteer will eventually come after her to try and work out the chemical makeup of her blue skin.

In anime, offhand, there are a clutch of them, but my mind's drawing blank on females, right this moment.

I want to say, offhand, Crest of the Star's 'elven' expy/galactic rulers are blue, but it's been *years* since I watched it.

They just seem to have blue hair, and maybe there's a lotta blue tint used for the show...

Still wondering how well known they should be, or did Laura do a Google search for blue girls, to try and be prepared for the jokes or something?
