  • I can breathe again.
Since October I've been having trouble breathing, to the point where I was getting headaches from lack of oxygen and couldn't seem to wake up at points.
Finally got a doctor who prescribed me some antibiotics, and after four days I'm breathing almost normally again.
So hurray! I can actually do stuff now.

  • Some form of bronchitis? I've had that problem. It's very subtle how it can sneak up on you.

  • Good to hear you are feeling better, Domo. If I remember from another post of yours in another thread, it was caused by an allergic reaction to milk, right?

Thank You for story comments appreciated and help me know me they are being read and liked. :-) Note: My story comments can't nor are trying to replace reading the stories, simply my way of enjoying them and letting the authors know I enjoy them.

  • The milk seemed to exacerbate it a lot, not cause it.
And I don't know exactly what it was, sinus-something or other. My lungs were healthy, it was everything in my head that was messed up, more so than usual.

  • Breathing is very nice.

  • I have those problems every year for the past 10 or more around Oct - Mar and the doctors prescribed antihistamines as with antibiotics and allergy pills. Nothings helped and I'm just resolved to live with it. Lungs clear and nauseating headaches. Now I'm getting short of breath but wonder if its also lack of exercise.

    I'm glad yours is solved.

  • Woah. Good to hear that you're better!

Thought this was a fanfic 'cause I arrived by Recent Topics, so my first thought when I saw the title was "This sounds super dark, and/or weird."

I thought that might do that... Sorry?

You could just post a general plot outline and we (the forum) will chat about that? I think I offered that suggestion before... Hmm...

On the other question. Yes something helps. Spring. Seriously..Spring. Some docs think its Cedar Fever. Elrod knows what I mean, but its not.

  • You need to move somewhere else. That will probably help.

As for a fanfic with this name, I just realized I already have a character written up who would be perfect for it.
Now I'm going to go beat my muse until it shuts up and focuses on what I'm already working on. The exorcism and holy water failed, now it's time for the crowbar.

Is it An Zhou? 'Cause when I read the title, I thought it'd be about An Zhou, 'cause she (used to?) stink, so being able to breathe 'clean' air, would have "Breathing is Nice" seem to make sense as a title...

    Wow! That's a new viewpoint!

Hmm... Waiting with Bated Breath (haha) to see how "Breathing is Nice" relates to the story to come.

Just make sure Prairie Sun gets it back when you're finished with it. You know how attached she is to that thing. I'd hate to see her come after you for it. ;) B)

Wow, talk about taking two conversations and mixing it up bad. And I thought I was drugged out. Wait I wish I was or am I. Can't tell right now. Oh what was I talking about and who's Prairie Sun? Is she related to Off Moon Beam or Running on Water? Right now I should be looking for Moist Towelette.

Gotta talk to my druggie. I mean pharmacologist for another one of those shots. WEEEEEEEE!!!!

Dang there was a question in there somewhere. Now what did I do with that mark?

  • She's the superhero mother of the character in Fate Sucks. She likes to use a crow bar as her primary weapon. Don't mess with her family either, she's just this side of being a rager.

  • Glad to hear you are feeling better, I think at one time or an other we've found that breathing is nice.

As for the evil muse bit I can't help sorry. If the holy water didn't work...wait have you tried a good scotch whisky with the holy water?

As for the supervillain in training sounds like fun.

"What are we going to do today class?"

"Try to take over the world!"

Many people hear voices when no-one is there.
Some are called 'mad' and shut up in rooms where they stare at the walls all day.
Others are called 'writers' and they do pretty much the same thing.

sounds very familiar, from personal experience.

milk or cream ( in coffee ) caused mucous levels to skyrocket. took a month of antibiotics to reduce it.
but, the "cure" was to start using Atrovent metered dose inhaler. ( aka a puffer ) that completely reduced the mucous buildup, by opening the airways enough for me to expel it.

The excessive mucous was(is) a side effect of narrowed airways, commonly caused by asthma or emphysema.
( I have both, severe emphysema and severe adult onset [ uncontrolled ] asthma. )

Stupidity is a capitol offense, a summary not indictable one.
