With you writing Hank, I hope we see a bit of TK wackiness.

I want to say a big thank you to ElrodW who first invited me to start writing canon stories, and who suffered through my original drafts, and constant email pestering, so if you want to blame / thank anyone for my Hank stories, ElrodW's your man

I mean he's a nice guy even on happy pills.
I mean. I mean, I'm trying not to be mean. But yeah. Great job there Elroy. I mean LightningRod. Elrod.

Congrats man.
My dreams take me to far off lands and times of distant past and future. They tell what has been done, what will happen and who I am. They show me things beyond the machinations of any man. Tell me, what are dreams to you?

Hopefully you'll have time to work on your Cylsteth writings between your adventures conjuring Canon creations. Look at things this way - with your promotion, there won't be any doubt about it fitting into the library.

Well, if you like playing with the Wiki, Kristin also promoted my second Hank story from Fan Fic to Canon as well

Many people hear voices when no-one is there.
Some are called 'mad' and shut up in rooms where they stare at the walls all day.
Others are called 'writers' and they do pretty much the same thing.

Yes, but its usually not accessible. You (and/or your muse) have to drink a whole lot of scotch to clear enough of a path to the door.

Writin' stories that really eat us
Spins a yarn about Hank,
Crushes emotions like a tank
Look out!
Here comes Phoenix Spiritus
Is he fun? Listen, man,
He wrote radioactive Jann
Can he swing that sense of dread?
Take a look, Jamie's dead
Hey, there
There goes Phoenix Spiritus
In the lack of words
At the birth of a site
Like a flock of birds
He migrates all that shite!
Phoenix Spiritus, Phoenix Spiritus,
Newly canon Phoenix Spiritus
Wealth and fame,
He's ignored
Congrats are his reward
And now Hank is no longer un-owned
He's probably going to get boned
Thanks to Phoenix Spiritus!

Any chance the story could get a date? It is clearly a post-Jamie tale. No biggie it's just easier to file away in my brain that way.
Cheers! Welcome to canon!

...that is, assuming you don't immediately take a year's sabbatical to read through over a decade's worth of background material...
They are protecting me from this by keeping the material away from me, but still ... WOW! ... What they've planned, and what I've become privy to being planned, there is some deep stuff here!
So, not quite a year, but a third Hank story I had at what I thought was about half done before I became canon, is proving to be way less then this once it came time for canon conversion and actually working together to progress not just my story, but the plot lines as a whole.
Now, don't worry, I got the cliff notes, and after a hiatus while I got my head around things, I've started writing again to get this story finished, and it's going to be much, much better for all the awesome ideas the other authors suggested to me.
Hopefully you'll have time to work on your Cylsteth writings between your adventures conjuring Canon creations. Look at things this way - with your promotion, there won't be any doubt about it fitting into the library.
--Centaur Prime
So, obviously, my priority is on converting and finishing my Hank story (because, well, I need to start paying them back for the honour of promoting me to canon author), but I do intend to finish all my stories after that (as, you know, a self imposed 'learn to write right!' goal).
So, in order, I hope to finish my non-Hank Whateley Fan Fiction Solomon story next, then move onto the Clysteth stories. To be honest, I have five books worth of Clysteth at various stages of being written. Clysteth is basically my 'writers block' project. If I get stuck writing some story, I start reading my Clysteth books and eventually something will click in one of the books and I do a little more writing for it till I make a breakthrough with whatever story I was blocked with and go back to that.
