Question Can' think of a good title; char help

I'm throwing a sihde male into my Reflection's story to pester Di'ar once she get to school and I wanna give him a Neo Peter Pan spin to his power set. Long life/slow aging come with being sihde. Flight; magic (most likely to use) or pk. but it feels lke he needs something more...

If you're going Peter Pan, give him some ability to make Pixie Dust / Fairy Dust of some kind??

Instead, you could have him spawn pixies / a single pixie (sounds similar to Absinthe...), or lost boys, or something else Peter Pan-ish? ... Maybe a Wendy Expy, but if so, that sounds more like another character, unless summoning some kind of automaton??

Having a Captain Hook archenemy would be weird, but interesting?

... A bit further from the Peter Pan base, would be some star-based stuff? Casting a mobile planetarium thing, referencing the "second star on the right"? Although, that's a Disney invention ?

Hypnotic sparkly lights that cause sleep/unconsciousness?

Why not both? Anyone who sleeps in the same room/enclosed space with him becomes a pixie over the course of the night until the next time he transforms someone. It's only partially reversible though, because the former pixie only grows up into being an 11-y.o. "lost boy" until they've stayed away from him for a year and a day of their own will.

Too bad about him manifesting on a weekend campout with the rest of his Boy Scout troop, because the first pixie and two lost boys (who had been with him in the 4-person cabin tent) just might need some counselling regarding their magically enhanced hero worship (Sidhe glamour) of the guy.

Wow, that's an ability with a really large effect, which usually screams "Reincarnation"? ... So, their reincarnation was a sorta mad scientist, making human slave thingies?? 'Cause is there any good use for such a power??

Also, since they have the Glamour, they're a Royal.

Atlantean Sidhe =/= Good. I doubt many of them ever cared enough for the livestock to censure their own over improprieties.

It could be economy-sized karma for a soul who still hasn't learned that "love 'em and leave 'em" isn't a recommended life choice. Those who foolishly pined away, or committed suicide (whether by poison or by duel) get to ride-share with their former obsession .

Or it could be a Court-sized curse for having trifled with numerous suitors' or courtiers' affections: Until they choose to set themselves free, the Lost Boys never age or mature, nor will the target be free of the curse until they've truly matured and reformed.

The glamour could be "downgraded" to projective empathy(unlimited range, limited number of targets). Like geasa, the logical consequences for abuse could be life-threatening, even world-ending. Think how happy intel agencies would be to hear about this person running loose in a capitol city! Come to think of it, the MCO might be happy to abuse Absinthe's abilities "for The Greater Good(kinds), and there should be serious "informal" restrictions on where Fey is allowed to travel.

Reincarnation was something I was thinking I like the hypnosis and the year and a day to break his hold. I was thinking "Pixie" servant like Nikki and Hank have.

hmm, ride share... have to give that one more thought..

I was also thinking something shadow related, but that could be a member of his lost buy gang.

Thinking he's court f the north due to him being early on part bird.
Also wanna do something with his kiss, which has been twisted into the giving of the thimble

haven't started writing Peter yet, but he's feeling like he's more the Oce Upon Peter rather then the animated.
