Hi, my name's Angie, and I'm here because I am an addict. I've been an addict for close to 12 years, at least where Whateley Academy is concerned, but I've been reading and writing as far back as I can remember. Thankfully, this addiction does no harm to my mind or body, so here I am.
Anyhow, I've written several fanfictions over the years, and I intend to write more and rewrite some in particular that went wrong directions. Currently I am considering a rewrite of Kudzu or maybe Silken. Singularity is also on my mind. I regret that I missed the open call for new writers for the second generation, but I still hope to contribute in some way, because Whateley Academy is one of the top three stories I have ever read on the internet, in my personal opinion.
Nice to meet new people and reconnect with old friends!

Many people hear voices when no-one is there.
Some are called 'mad' and shut up in rooms where they stare at the walls all day.
Others are called 'writers' and they do pretty much the same thing.

Welcome, greetings and all that.
I'll agree that reading Whateley stories doesn't cause mental damage, however writing those stories to say nothing of hanging out with these fine people...
Well maybe reading Dr. Bender's stories could cause SAN loss, but it was a small price to pay, and reading Tink's stories seem to restore SAN so it worked out just fine in the end.

Well welcome to the forums Angie and I hope your not related to the song that just got stuck in my head. I don't want to sound rude but could you please 'NOT' turn down the music else I may just disappear.
As for having a sane mind, I believe that's always left up to those that get paid the most to tell the least. Well that's what my psychiatrist says. And she should know considering her next car payment is due.
Anyway deliver your stories with a grain of salt. I'm on a low sodium diet and I need it.... Badly. So from all the others welcome aboard, watch the flight schedule and be sure to have your luggage stowed in the proper compartments. Oh wait your taking a ship. My bad..

And if you don't know me, well neither do I.

Well, I mean, I have to give equal love to the Saga of Tuck and, more recently, to Tales of MU. Luckily, I can obsess over 3 different universes at once without any noticeable dropped packets. Usually.

Yup, up to date on all three. Only recently caught up with Whateley, and ToMU has slowed down a lot lately. I'm not sure if Tuck's ever going to update again, though I still hold on to hope.
