Loved Pixie Power!

I've been wanting to start using a new name online, and I can't decide how much I like this one, 'FlitterPuff.' It's supposed to sound sort of like a cute pixie name, buuut I'm not really completely sold. My other username idea was 'LiteralBabyDeer' which comes from a joke between me and some friends a few months back when I was wearing some rather high heels xD. Anyways, this is my first trial run of it; if anyone has thoughts on mah name, do let me know? T'would be much much appreciated.
I found out about the Whateley Universe around when I discovered BigCloset over the summer (northern hemisphere summer, so sometime around June/17.) I'm pretty sure the first one I read was Whisper, which I quite enjoyed. =) I have some big anxiety and depression problems, especially lately, and in a lot of ways reading has been really helping to keep me semi-sane over the past few months. So <3 <3 xoxo to all you lovely writers here.
I've been really loving going through some of the 2nd Gen stories recently. Tia has seriously stolen my heart. <3 So I'm really hoping for more Tia content soon, but others of course too! Are all the 2nd Gen authors still around?
I've also been thinking about writing a bit of fun 2nd Gen fan-fiction. That's allowed right? Oh, does anyone know if there are already any sort-of Frankenstein type themed stories about? My idea is sort of similar to that, but I'm not sure I wanna do it if it's already been done. Also, does anyone know if theres any other mythos related stories/characters? I've already read the stuff I've seen from Dr Bender and that Drunkfu abyss story, and I was sort wanting to know if there was more out there that I've missed!
Nice to meet you all!

Where did I put that record player? There it is. Hey! Who stole my copy of Hotel California?
Damnit.
Welcome to Whateley, please enjoy, try the coffee, do NOT try the devisor Coffee (you won't sleep for days). Amy's cookies are amazing.
Be careful of any random pixies you see floating around. They may cause hallucinations.

Depends how you define cute, I guess. I consider this cute, while this is nearing the border between cute and trying-too-hard. Then there's garishness such as this . Names like Flit, Flitter, and Puff, I would call cute, but FlitterPuff feels like it's just a little bit much. If it were me, I would probably keep either the Flitter or the Puff and then swap the other half for something less saccharine. TurtlePuff, FlitterShade, etc. But that's me. If 150% sugar with icing on top is what floats your boat, then I think you nailed it.FlitterPuff wrote: I've been wanting to start using a new name online, and I can't decide how much I like this one, 'FlitterPuff.' ...And now I have the old Powerpuff Girls song stuck in my head. Anyway, welcome.

They could be real - and we've already seen that "Violet" can be a bit malicious in defense of their friends.
Not that Trixie, Dixie, and Brunhilda (i.e., Jade) are all sweetness and light...
... and that's assuming that Thorn, Beltane, or any of the illusion specialists aren't feeling froggy.
Yep. Pixies. Run!

Hmmm 150% sugar seems a good amount to me. I do love my sugar. Spree candy is my favorite: original brand, not the chewy sort. I also like lots of sugar in my coffee. And as a (US) southerner, proper southern sweet tea is the best (which is like 95% sugar, and 5% water and tea =o.) I also approve of things that are quite sour or tart, and spicy stuff as well!
Rose Bunny wrote: Welcome. It's always good to see a new face. Be careful if you read my stuff... I've been linked with Elrod and Domo as one of the "depressing three", because our characters get run through the wringer... and if you have depression that might be a thing.
I shall keep that in mind. I've been actually reading some of they Kayda stories lately, and I've been thinking I might need a break from them. xD

I don't scare too easily. Unless there's spiders or heights involved. Glass elevators freak me out.

Changing it to something like Flitterpiff Might tone down the cuteness a bit and add a touch of funny. Oh and welcome. Pay a visit to thornys bathroom on the lowermost level. And say hi to the natives.
