Uh oh, Dana talking about the attack by Exquisite and says something that reveals she used to be a guy in earshot of Collin. Jinx, you better not have done this with your powers.
Well, Collin took that well and kept quiet, liking him more and more. Awww, Porcelain shows up to give strategic support to her friends. Ooo, no Fixx for the girl, wonder if they are officially dating already. Ouch, Centurion and Stoppable both stronger than Dana, they have their work cut out for them. Phase suspecting it will be race or scavenger hunt, this match will be interesting.
Know what the rules are to know how far you can push things and what you can get away with, Gwen has learned a very valuable lesson. With what we've seen of Fixx's powers, I would be more wary of letting him get close. At least they got some planning done, though how to plan around Fixx's powers and ingenuity is beyond me.
Zenith confronting Collin and he just confirms what an honorable guy he is, not in the habit of spreading other people's secrets. And won't poke around, will wait until they are ready to talk to him about their own secrets, Collin is a rare sort these days. Yes! There is hope of Gwen and Collin getting back together soon if they wouldn't be so shy about each other now.
Arena 99, always fun to see. Exercise clothes with a domino mask and her green hoodie, well, it stands out for being simple. Dana in her costume from Jackie, red and gold spandex number with red domino mask, a little bulletproof and I see a future where Jinx has Dana wear it for her. Nice costume by Collin and additions to his holdouts. Heh, almost forgot for a moment his aunt is Crucibelle, wonder what growing up with her was like.
Boy, Fixx has come loaded for bear, that weapon of his is definitely interesting. Glue, oil, and explosive rounds, very nice, plus a napalm sprayer, Fixx is scary when he gets creative. Gwen keeping Jade's secret, good, good. Centurion and his crew need to learn holding a grudge is like revenge, it is a fool's game and can blow up in your face. Centurion in that armor, oh brother, and Stoppable with that sledgehammer come across as so ham-handed.
Capture the flag with large red buttons in each base, oh boy. Bwahahaha, tempted to push the big red button in their own base, Gwen, you are too curious sometimes. More than hundred faeries to scout for Centurion and crew's 'flag', Gwen would be scary in a paintball match. Centurion is the kind of ass who would ignore security to get back at Gwen if he feels things aren't settled, though it could get him expelled, at least I hope it would.
Gwen cornered, I kind of pity Centurion at the thought of facing her like that. Direct and personal, how to do that to Centurion. Slingshot guarding the button, other 3 looking for them and split up, ooo, splitting up without a plan is bad. Leaving Dana behind to protect the button, good idea, can't hit the button if she encases itself in her sphere with herself. Faeries as landmines and Dana excited to use them, this match is getting funnier by the second.
Whoa, Collin has upped his game, nice use of his field to do Spider-Man climb. Nasty nicknames for Gwen and Fixx by Stoppable, idiot threatening to break Porcelain, not smart. The explosive round just ticks off the big lummox, blinded and hit by glamour, Stoppable just starts swinging at random. Nice move by Collin, making the sledgehammer stick to the building wall.
Switchblade making a run for the button, setting off several of the faerie 'land mines' Gwen left. 8 illusionary copies of the pedestal and button, now that is awesome. Dam it, Balderdash, giving them gear for the match after what they put you through. Grenades but at least now Dana is onto this trick.
A ball of twine from Fixx for Gwen, plus oil on the ground around Stoppable by Fixx, loving his gear and powers more and more. What is she up to with Needle and that ball of twine. Boy, Stoppable picked the wrong 'Underdog' to pick on with Fixx. Bwahahaha, so that is what Gwen was up to, tripwire to send Switchblade flying.
Switchblade attacking Fixx with his knives, sick f. Glamour filled faerie for Switchblade, slippery field over his body for Fixx, this team is great with how they use their powers creatively and watch each other's backs. Enhancement powers on medical supplies, curious why Fixx hasn't tested that in a safe environment before now. Nice use of illusion to lure Switchblade in range of Collin's power.
Dang, dealing with these two and Centurion is coming now, not good. The illusion of ghostly voices as a means to send a message, nice. Great, Centurion has a devise sword charged with electricity, want to bet Slingshot bullied poor Balderdash into helping again. Centurion still trying to act all high and mighty, like he is better than Gwen because she is an "MCO spy". Funny to hear everyone list off everything Gwen has done as an MCO intern, I would be more afraid of Centurion being a spy for some mutant supremacist group right now than her a spy for the MCO.
Gwen vs. Centurion one on one, he doesn't have a pray. Trying to blast her with electricity from the sword only to hit an illusionary double, and he talks about playing fair. No devisors on their team, yet several devises. Using Needle to wrap up Centurion with the enhanced twine, only to have him cut it, rats. Great, the idiot has learned how to deal with the hallucinations.
Fireball faerie, now that is awesome, Centurion needs to think carefully now that she has figured a way to have offensive spells. Kamikaze faeries, bwahahaha, *starts hearing Ride of the Valkyries in my mind* Only a fraction of them with the explosive spell, still scary to be standing in the middle of a minefield. Gwen is owning Centurion, his goons demanding to be freed and making threats, this fight has been awesome so far.
Making herself look like Switchblade and Centurion look like Collin, Slingshot left her post to come help, loving Gwen's auditory illusions. Blasted Centurion and confused, too perfect. Darn it, Slingshot forcing Collin to drop his power and now Switchblade is back in the fight. Who of course goes straight for Gwen, after she agrees to have a one-on-one fight with Centurion, cowards the lot of them.
Leg trip and finger pulled back painfully, Gwen knows how to fight dirty. All that and Switchblade is back in Collin's flytrap field thanks to teamwork, now with a possibly broken nose, he should question having these guys as his friends. A 4' high wall of fire between Collin and Slingshot, nice move by Fixx. A sword powered by Centurion, just great.
Ooo, shouldn't have called her a cheating bitch, Centurion shouldn't have pissed her off more. Needle striking him in the middle of his calf, ouch. Then in the shoulder, now in spear form and leg sweep, kick to the groin, and spear through his hand and pinning it to the ground, Gwen owned him! And used her faeries to push the button a few seconds ago, Centurion and crew just got completely humiliated before an audience.
Switchblade is a sore loser, calling them a bunch of cheaters when they won fair and square. Stoppable saying this isn't over, Delarose is going to make his point about it being over or else. Centurion trying to attack Gwen like a coward after the match is over, hitting Collin instead, he is in serious trouble!
*eyes bug out* Never piss off Gwen, making Centurion feeling he is on fire, dam. Holding Centurion at blade-point with Needle, telling them she knows their real names, where they are from and who their parents are. And if they ever come after her or her friends again she will send a letter to their parents telling them what they have done. That is the end of those creeps messing with them, good. And Collin might have something broken but is otherwise okay, glad it wasn't worse.
Thinking about the arena match and what happened kept Gwen up half the night, know what that is like, kept awake with worry and other thoughts. Thinking about the mistakes they made and all the what-ifs of how she could have handled things with Centurion. Uh oh, hadn't thought about how she was revealing so many of her tricks, including her control over her faeries, to so many people.
Heh, learning the detail about Sidhe and meat, Gwen trying not to become a vegetarian as it would mean giving up bacon. Half of Poe freshmen sitting with them, nice to have a lot of friends. Stuck with the name Team Absinthe because they didn't pick one themselves, could be worse. Cindy has a good point, with them as a training team it would be awesome to watch them in the sims.
Ooo, everyone heard Centurion admit he was involved in jumping Gwen, that is going to bite him in the butt. The sound came on, right as Centurion bragged about hurting Gwen, someone hacking the system right then, possibly Jinx's luck and Everheart intervening, she does like to see justice done. And everyone knows what Gwen actually does as an MCO intern now, nice turn of luck.
You can be the most powerful mutant around, but still be afraid of your parents finding out what you have really been up to. Oh boy, Delarose upset Gwen used their real names in the arena, yet also amused at her unusual tactics. Rapier is right, that match was like a magic show, almost like a fight for entertainment instead of a grudge. Jade suggesting nanowire to cut them to piece, yikes.
Nice to see Collin checking out Gwen like that again, so cute. Enough evidence to deal with Centurion finally, yes! And yeah, I wouldn't put it past Delarose and Everheart to set this up to get something on Centurion, they can be tricky when dealing with bullies who avoid getting caught by regular means. Detention for a month in the sewers, he is going to regret ever bullying Gwen before the first week is up.
All those rumors about the Whateley sewers, if they only knew...it is worse than that. Hey, you are lucky they are still awake with your lesson going on, Dr. Quintain. Darn, now everyone who watched the match knows her faeries are used as scouts. Bwahaha, now some think she is spying on the MCO for Mrs. Carson, priceless.
Hehehe, no to Team Absinthe. Porcelain makes some good points about Collin's power, bet the police would love to have him on their side. Porcelain is great at analyzing and seeing all their strengths, even those they can't see themselves. Bwahaha figures Fixx watches Mythbusters for ideas. Porcelain trying to get them to see they would be a great training team, especially with Jinx's addition. Yet they are being stubborn, Jinx not the training team type, Collin saying they are just friends.
Ugh, idiots who are saying they cheated, got lucky, and one creep saying to wait until they go up again a real team. Grunts vs. the Outcasts in the sims, I would bring popcorn for that match. Petite Asian girl thought it has to be Twist even before reading it. Liberty League sponsoring a new student at Whateley and just finished setting him up in Emerson.
Hehe, Dana talking about the MCO like that and saying Gwen is with the MCO like it is nothing. Dana going to talk with Twist in Dunwich while getting dinner and Collin showing up to talk to Gwen in private, sometimes it is hard to guess when Jinx is involved or not.

Nice to see them talking about this, plus Collin admitting he was worried about Gwen. Awww, saying he does know Gwen and likes her, so cute how he blushes. Gwen revealing all those things about herself and Collin doesn't care, so glad he wants to be Gwen, so cute together. Whoa, kissing and Gwen thinking they have the room to themselves for a few hours, you go girl.
Another memory of Vauldrene's, wonder what it is this time. A little girl and with her girl, being taught how to wield a spear, how sweet. And her father tickling her, guess some things are nearly universal. Practicing spear moves learned in a dream, if only we could all learn things from our dreams with such frequency.
Curious, why is Blue the only one who has come to visit her. Tiny spear and doing moves she wants Gwen to copy, whoa, she has another teacher. True, Blue is the most unusual teacher you've had so far, just not the most unusual teacher at Whateley. Nice joke with Dana, had me laughing along with them. Uh oh, Beltane might have set up a prank in the showers, just what no one needs.
Aww, poor Lina. Gwen's hobgoblins aka faeries, surprised someone from the mystic arts department hasn't asked to study them more closely. The way she can combine spells is interesting, especially this privacy spell she is working on, wonder how the whole thing will work when she is done.
Dana teasing Gwen about her and Collin, they are cute together and shouldn't be embarrassed about it. Only let Collin feel her breasts through her shirt while kissing, good girl. Oh boy, a dream of Vauldrene's memories like that would lead to trouble. Why do I have a bad feeling about Gwen not taking her father's call.
Ouch, Team Kimba coming back from facing a team with Loophole on it. Traditional Sidhe greeting, including the proper hand gesture, interesting, wonder what it looks like. Lollypop bazooka for the win, I want to know what Jade is referring to myself. An optional seminar on how to deal with MCO harassment, why do I have the feeling Gwen's dad was calling her about this for an important reason.
Yeah, we've only seen one of Gwen's office visits to work at the Berlin MCO office, no telling what other harassment has happened on later visits. Centurion's skin having red blotches and itching, what is going on if it isn't Gwen's doing. An allergic reaction to something he encountered in the sewers, he needs to go to Doyle now! A full check-up, scans, everything, no telling what could happen and the red blotches could just be the start.
Allergic to strawberries, what did you do Gwen. A bubble of privacy, nice spell. Ouch, bad enough it is on his MID, now that is some allergy. So that is what the red substance she got was, concentrated strawberry extract to trigger his allergy. And the faeries from the forest put it on his pillow and blankets, bwhahaha. I know Centurion is in pain, but it is hard not to laugh at that. And whenever he activates his powers and tries to use his regeneration, it only makes it worse, now that is some payback.
Figures Collin would notice Violet doing a victory dance, loving the faeries. Collin's aunt hates paperwork, no wonder she hates dealing with the MCO. A fair number of students there for the seminar, nice to see them thinking ahead. Ah, so that is why her dad called, he was brought in as an expert on the subject for the seminar. Telling the truth and there are still skeptics, oh well.
Heckling him and Rapier saying he wouldn't want his daughter to marry one about mutants. Revealing she is daughter, at least it proves he isn't a lier, though now she is in the spotlight again. Nice to see legitimate questions from the audience and straight answers. Teaching them their rights and the legal limits of the MCO's authority, this should be recorded and required watching at Whateley.
A hug from dad, cute family moment. Ah, so the seminar hadn't been planned, interesting how it all worked out, wonder if Jinx is involved. A care package from Crucibelle for Collin, wonder what's in it. Cookies, plus a utility belt and shuriken, only at Whateley. Aww, Collin too shy around her dad to kiss Gwen. Evidence against Whells but also ties to other questionable agents they don't have any evidence against yet, rats, have to be patient.
The new misconduct reporting program being put in place, interested in hearing more about that myself. Gwen and Dad each keeping things from each other, oh well. Several people from security following at a distance, with her father I think it more for his safety than the students for once though.
Ah, so that is what the misconduct reporting program is, at least it is a start on rooting out more of the bad eggs. Ah, this program because of something Gwen said to Grace, awesome. Gwen is going to be the MCO representative for this program to explain things at Whateley, boy, more work. So basically the same as before but with a raise, nice. Telling her father all that at once, his brain might have overloaded cartoon style with smoke coming out of ears.
Guess Iron Rose has to see action over words to believe, oh well. Dana crying and then suddenly laughing, seeing Gwen with her dad and then getting an email from her mom, yikes. Oh boy, sounds like mom is in a bit of denial about David being Dana now, a lot to take in after everything. A first step towards reconciliation with her mom, hope it works out for Dana.
Ice cream at Crystal Hall and Dana is definitely in a good mood to make that comment. Uh oh, Jade and Beltane both show up with the same smile and wish to talk to Gwen, they've figured her out! They finally sat down and got to talking about who started their prank war, put two and two together and now we are here. Complimenting and saying she won this round, uh oh is an understatement, prank war ahead, everyone in Poe bailout!
At least Gwen is being positive about this, with Jade and Beltane she can keep on her toes and learn new tricks for when she has to deal with real threats. Still, people who don't like her because she works for the MCO, still have to watch out for Centurion in case, plus everything she has to deal with due to all her changes, at least things are turning around. All the good things that came from her transforming and coming to Whateley, glad to see Gwen having a positive outlook on the future and her ability to handle whatever comes her way.
Excellent story from start to finish. Gwen further dealing with becoming a girl, learning some of the things that come with being a Sidhe, her ancestor's relationship to Aunghadhail and how it affected her relationship with Nikki at the start. Every time she learned something new or figured out how to make something work using creativity and ingenuity was awesome. Her meeting all her new friends, how they relationships grew and changed, even how things went with Collin and him showing despite how he first reacted to Gwen's lie he could still be trusted to keep others secrets.
Whenever she combined spells into something new, several of those made me wish I could have such a spell cast on me, especially that weatherproofing one. And that fight, so epic from start to finish, everyone involved did a great job and impressed with Fixx's powers more and more, showing you don't have to have high ratings to be dangerous or effective. So glad Gwen and Collin got back together and Centurion is being punished, plus the stuff they have on Whells already. And I love the faeries, friends to Gwen, teachers, and defenders as well when they can. Can't wait to read more and see what else happens with Gwen and everyone else.
