AS JG said, he's not the only one who has things ready to go... sadly we don't have so many that we can easily slip back to double-release weeks... but we've discussed the possibility in a few special cases.
I dunno... I liked JG's bid for "Delarose... International Man of Mystery".
But if I had to bet on anything I'd say it'll be a Cranberry Cheesecake on "She Beast's First Daddy-Daughter Dance".

Huh? Oh... you know Chaosdancer is my in universe avatar in the Lit Chix, right? I don't think she's 'ever' appeared in a story. And other than showing her do her thing in a combat final breaking a bunch of people's brains with how her powers work... I doubt she ever will. But she's certainly not 'random' or someone to lump with the probability Warpers. In fact, lumping her with probability warpers MIGHT just break the planet.

Yep, the wiki was very clear about that. ... Well, she appeared in To the Mountain Part 3 ... Those are some interesting statements on her power interactions...
Yeah, just picked her 'cause, well, the name fits, at least... Jinx would have been an option, if she had a page, so I would have thought of her.
I'm thinking she's one of the 2 unnamed Junior High Kids, 'cause she's 12 by Fall 2006, and Less Than Three's the other... We know that there's only ten of them at the start of May 2007 as of A Pocket Full of Tansy ...

Her Warper ability manifests in two primary techniques, one active and one (currently) passive:
Active technique: Causal Reversal - Chaosdancer has the ability to reverse the cause-effect chain of events, benefitting immediately from the results of staged events. Outside of combat, she can push this technique to uncover/learn knowledge or acquire skills before undergoing the process of researching/studying/practicing them. In combat settings, her ability to focus the technique is challenged... but if she is able to make it work, she can disable/kill her opposition and then take the action necessary to do so.
Passive technique: Positive Reinforcement - Chaosdancer's personal impressions of people tend to influence an aura effect over her Warping trait, that enhances people around her. Given than she tends to see people through 'rose colored' glasses, at their potential (for good or ill), her power reinforces this... making them stronger, more skilled, more helpful/dangerous. So while having her on your team is helpful in boosting your team's potential... it can also have the unfortunate side effect of also boosting the powers of your opposition. The more Chaosdancer knows about someone, the less likely she still 'idolizes' them... unless they do something that surprises her, in which event being impressed by them might give them an additional boost.
In the story bit that Malady noted, Chaosdancer is using her Causal Reversal technique to find a solution where they have few clues or a working path of research (ie, she's trying to skip the process of research and discovery and jump straight to the answer).

oh, and CARROT CAKE!
OH I wouldn't be surprized if its already written, but we must wait until Gen1 Y2 mid October at the earliest, which is actually convenient as some more of Poe may be completed by then.

Hmmm, the fall semester is all over the place, some stories at the beginning of Sept others thru mid Oct.
Silver Ghost Dec 06
Vamp spring break 07
Ex Ethan mid August
Glow end of Aug
Hank early Sept
Esoteric early Sept
Chou early Sept
Outcasts early Sept
Kayda, Lanie mid Sept
Ribbon and Roulette End of Sept
Imp early Oct
Sphere early Oct
Absinthe Mid Oct
Shine
Elle Ruud
Envy
Knockoff
Mischief
Murphy
Pegasus
Scapegrace
I think that is a complete summary of Gen 1 Whateley students and Glow with POV stories and where there stories are timewise. The ones without dates have been seen on campus, but haven't had POV stories yet.
So given this, I put some Bread Pudding on Glow and Eisenmadel.

Well at least until Silver Ghost, Golden Angel concludes we are only going to get those stories during the holiday season, and we will not be able to consider her at Whateley Academy until at the very least Madcap is dealt with, and there are outstanding issues too, Goonstar, and her abandonment issues come to mind. it gets less likely the larger the gap becomes.Valentine wrote: Welllllllllllll, I was going to bet on Chou for Monday, but that story showed up Friday.

We know Glow isn't going to be at Whateley, for reasons explained in A Glow in the Darkness Part 3,
of course there is the whole advantage of without much going on you can mostly skip through events and I would say all the Early sept/end aug are relatively at the same points for progression.

Man, I dunno if I should bet something huge, or something tiny. Seriously, that's just not gonna happen no matter how much I would like it to.
Meh, let's go with a pint of Irish Cream on Shieldwall's first solo story, instead. I don't bet on Gen 2 often enough anyway.

If we can bet alcohol on this, then a bottle of mead on Diamonds...

As with all of the authors, there's a standing offer of mead and gossip if they're ever passing through London.
I can also show you around the local Devisors/Gadgeteers workshop...

The bet was 'a pint of Irish Cream on the first Shieldwall solo story'. However, thanks to the artwork for him (Jimmy, one of the FTM changelings) popping up on the forum art rotator, I just realized I got confused about codenames; I was thinking of Backtrack (Bailey, one of the MTF changelings) but somehow got the names tangled. As I said in another thread, my memory is a Gordian knot.
Basically, the joke was, a pint of Bailey's on Bailey. I blew it, though. Me R Da Dumazz.
